Tiered Detox and Substitutions

Hi! I love the tiered detox plan and am going to start it shortly. What are some good substitutes for the items taken out? I have heard stevia for sugar and was wondering about maybe creamer for coffee? Could I use silk *instead of milk* for my dairy? And would an egg substitute like egg beaters be acceptable for breakfast?
If you have any other suggestions for subsitutions please let me know. I am excited to start cleansing and continue on a better diet to get healthier and feel better.
