This fudge is packed with the original flavanoids and antioxidants of natural raw cacao. Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw organic cacao powder
(or nibs, ground in a coffee mill)
- 1/2 cup organic virgin unrefined coconut oil

- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Roll into 8 balls or press into a baking pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Or spoon into cups and eat at room temperature for a rich mousse.
Makes 8 fudge balls, squares or ¼ cup mousse servings
- Blend in these optional additions for enhanced nutrition and taste variety: soaked almonds – processed in food processor, maca powder, coconut milk, dates (grind with almonds or nibs in food processor).
