How should I be using seeds and nuts?
by Mary
I'm confused, I am currently taking 5 tablespoons of hemphearts daily. Are chia seeds better, and what is the recommended daily intake of those, and how would a person take them. Or is ground flax the better alternative? Also, brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds what is the recommended daily intake of those, which is best? or should a person alternate. Answers to that would be greatly appreciated.
Answer: The nuts and seeds you've mentioned here are all excellent sources of high quality nutrients. They are all high protein whole foods.
