Green Smoothies Causing Indigestion?

I have a question, i started drinking green smoothies, but dont know after drinking smoothie am feeling uneasy, feeling acidic, gas problem, what could be the reason please respond me asap am interested in drinking smoothies but feeling to drop the idea as am not comfortable.
Answer: Durga - How long have you been drinking green smoothies? How much of them and what time of day? What other foods are you eating? It sounds like detox symptoms from your body stirring up toxins in the intestines. You many need to help the colon to cleanse using psyllium husk, colonics or other specific colon cleansing aids.
You also may need to slow down on the smoothies to give your body time to expel the toxins. Mixing your smoothies with solid foods can also cause indigestion... so we recommend drinking your smoothie on an empty stomach and waiting a while before eating solid food. I drink mine for breakfast then wait until lunchtime to eat a salad, etc.
