Baked Falafel
Falafel is a popular Middle Eastern dish that has been enjoyed for centuries. Traditionally it is made with spiced fava beans and/or garbanzo beans, formed into balls or patties, and fried.
We have transformed the traditional recipe into a healthy, delicious recipe suited for your detox. The subtle exotic flavors of the Middle Eastern spices and the nourishment of the ground garbanzos beans will make a satisfying meal for your detox. This recipe is a favorite for special occasions or regular meals. Extra patties can be frozen and reheated for quick meals.
The preparation for this recipe is very easy, but it does require some extra time for chilling. Be sure to plan for enough time to let the dough chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
