When creating your detox diet plan you’ll want to consider what your life is like and how your detox can fit into it. Ask yourself:

  • What habits am I going to have to let go of for this detox?
  • What detox foods do I know I like and what ones do I know I DON’T like?
  • Do I have time to do an elaborate detox or do I need to keep it really simple?
  • Do I have the time and/or money to get bodywork, exercise and sauna during my detox?
  • How much work, kid care etc. will I have to do during this detox?
  • Do I have support from my family and friends for this detox?
  • How is my will power?
  • Do I need to start at a beginner level or am I a skilled detoxer?
The worksheets will take you through these questions in detail and provide the answers you need to create your custom plan.
