~Kahlil Gibran Gratitude for WBDD"Thank you so much for guiding this detox. The recipes were delicious, not just for a cleanse, but for regular every day eating." ~ Wilderness, Massachusetts "Thanks so much for posting these great recipes. I am now on an allergy elimination diet and these are perfect!!!!" ~ Cathy, Colorado "I just wanted to tell you how much I love this website. When I get one of your emails in my inbox it brightens my day. Thanks for all you do and thank you for the passion and joy that is evident in your work!" ~ Kathleen “Since I read a book on the Western Diet I've decided to try to eat more organic & healthier. Someone mentioned the Green Smoothie Diet and I came across your website. Just the reading on your website and the Free Start up kit has made me even more excited about my new lifestyle change. I have passed your website on to my family & friends! Thanks so much!” ~ Cherripye “I just want to sincerely thank you both for providing such a professional, well thought out, and deeply informative web site and start up kit. As someone who has studied whole health, nutrition, and herbal studies, I approach most websites like this with caution and a skeptical eye. Cleansing can be dangerous when the focus is purely on elimination rather than helping the body to cleanse and restore itself. I am very glad I found this. For as much as I'm aware of many of these principles I am excited to have some outside guidance and inspiration. Thank you very much! It is rare to come across people who honestly want to help make health more attainable to all.” ~ Danielle "I am so excited and happy to have found this website, I've been back and forth trying to find a complete yet simple page with real and accessible info about organic food, guidelines, detox etc. Your website has all these and much more. I have made it one of my favorite sites. I admire you both and congratulate you for this great contribution." ~ Lizzette If you're ready to experience the benefits of the Whole Body Detox Diet, you can jump right into our self-guided 7 Day Detox Plan or join us for this year's Holiday Recovery Guided detox in January.
